Fuel TV YouTube Youth Series Review by Becky Lawrence

Fuel TV YouTube Youth Series review by Becky Lawrence, Youth and Kids Worker, St Mark’s MK

It’s been a while since we reviewed something that isn’t published but has been put together by a youth worker – but we love original stuff like this!  We’d love to shoutout Keren and her husband Jonah, who have recorded a whole YouTube series called Fuel TV for their local secondary school.  Keren is Pioneers Project Developer for Limitless Elim and Chaplain at her local school Dyson Perrins CofE Academy.

The series they’ve created is designed to liven up school collective worship or home devotions.  Fuel Tv is designed for 11-15 year olds and includes fun games, engagement with scripture and prayer and practical challenges to help young people grow.

I love that Keren and Jonah have used their creativity to put together and record this series, their videos are entertaining and thought provoking and each one is just over 5 mins long which is an ideal length of time to keep young people engaged.  I’d definitely recommend checking them out, perhaps, you might be inspired to make your own, or tempted to use Keren & Jonah’s Fuel TV series with your youth group, or recommend it as something your youth watch in their own time?

Below is a link to episode 1, you can find the whole series on the Fuel Tv playlist here.
